Image Use Agreement

We love seeing Alpine Swiss products in your photos and videos, and we may feature them on our website, social media channels, marketplace listings, email, advertising, and retailer sites. This Image Use Agreement explains the rights you give us when you share content with us.

How You Give Permission

You agree to this Image Use Agreement when you do any of the following: tag @alpineswiss or use #alpineswiss or #yesalpine on a post; reply to our request with #yesalpine; or submit a photo, video, review, or other content to us directly (together, "Content").

The Rights You Grant

You grant GFX Marketing Corp. d/b/a Alpine Swiss and its affiliates, retail partners, and service providers a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, edit, crop, adapt, combine with other material, and create derivative works from the Content, together with your name, username, likeness, and caption, in any media now known or later developed, for any commercial, advertising, promotional, or other purpose, without further notice, approval, or compensation to you.

What You Confirm

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's permission), that you own the Content or have permission from everyone who appears in it or contributed to it, and that our use of the Content as described here will not violate anyone's rights or any law. You waive any right to inspect or approve how the Content is used and any claim to royalties or other compensation.

Credit and Removal Requests

Where practical we will credit your account when we feature your Content, but credit is not required. Because the license you grant is perpetual, we are not obligated to remove Content once it has been used; however, if you would like us to stop using a specific image in the future, email service@alpineswissusa.com with a link to the post and we will consider the request in good faith.

General

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: service@alpineswissusa.com.
