Limited Warranty

Alpine Swiss products that include a warranty card in the packaging are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Not all Alpine Swiss products carry a warranty; if your product did not include a warranty card, it is not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, fading, and gradual softening of materials.
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, improper care or cleaning, or use of the product for anything other than its intended purpose.
• Damage caused by a common carrier, airline, or other third party.
• Damage to, or loss of, personal items stored in or carried with the product.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or products without proof of purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email service@alpineswissusa.com with a brief description of the issue, your order number or other proof of purchase, and clear photos of the defect. We will review your claim and let you know whether it is approved. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

If a claim is approved, we will, at our option, repair the product or replace it with the same or a comparable item. A shipping and handling fee of $15.00 USD applies to approved replacements and is payable before the replacement ships. You may be asked to return the defective product before a replacement is issued.

Limitations

This warranty is the only warranty we provide and is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
