We take great pride in our products and their workmanship. For that reason, this Alpine Swiss product is backed with a 1-year limited warranty. We know you expect both quality & value out of this product, and your satisfaction is our main concern. While our products are handcrafted using the finest materials available, our warranty is not unconditional. Our warranty does not cover product damage that may result from abuse, normal wear & tear, or damage by common carrier or airline. Our warranty also excludes any damage to personal items stored within this product (including but not limited to, portable computers/printers, cellular phones, etc.) due to a failure of the product. We respectfully reserve the right, at our option, to repair or replace this product.
For warranty and repair evaluation, please contact us at Service@AlpineSwissUSA.com with a brief explanation of the issue. We will professionally repair it, or in the event that a repair is not possible, we will replace this product with the same or similar item. For all warranty claims, this product must be returned with a check made out to GFX Marketing Corp. in the amount of $15.00 USD for shipping & handling, as well as a note with your full name and shipping address.
