We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S. We are not currently shipping outside of the U.S.

Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to be delivered. Expedited shipping is not available.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. For this reason, we've made returns quick, easy, and free of charge!

The item(s) may be returned within 30-days of delivery, if it meets the following criteria:

  • Unworn/Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Original packaging and tags must be included

Orders must be from alpineswiss.com to qualify for free returns.

MAKING A RETURN

If your item(s) meets the return policy criteria, contact us at service@alpineswissusa.com with your order number letting us know that you would like to return the item.

We will send you an email with return instructions and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

How long before I get a response?

We are closed over the weekend. For inquiries submitted Sunday-Friday (before 5PM PST), we will respond within 1-business day. If you reach out to us Friday (after 5PM PST) or Saturday, we will get back to you on Monday.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different style, size, or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order at www.alpineswiss.com.

We will honor the price on your original order if the product is now listed at a higher price than what was paid.

This courtesy is limited to the unit quantity on the original purchase.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at service@alpineswissusa.com with your name, order number, clear pictures showing the defect of the item, and a description of the issue.

REFUNDS

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from when we receive the item(s) in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. All refunds are credited back to the same credit card used at time of purchase. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

If we find that your returned item(s) does not meet our Returns Policy Criteria, no refund will be issued. If you want the ineligible item(s) returned to you, you must cover return shipping costs.
